Conference Registration Information

The registration fee for the Strings 2000 Conference is $250.00 US if paid before June 1. On and after June 1, the fee will be $300.00 US. You may register by selecting the link below.

The conference proceedings, social program and banquet (one ticket) is included in the registration. Each participant may purchase additional banquet tickets for $50.00 US each, so long as space is available. Additional participation in the social program may be purchased for $25.00 US each. Note to students: Although we are charging a fixed registration fee, a limited amount of funds are available to support students who wish to attend Strings 2000. Further information may be obtained from the Information for Students page.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing or by fax prior to June 24, 2000 will be entitled to a full refund, minus a $25.00 handling charge. No refunds will be given for any requests received on or after that date. Those who do not appear at the conference, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive any refund. Refunds will be processed after the conference is completed and will take approximately six to eight weeks.
